Adjusting rear lid latch for rear lid lower
section
Prerequisite:
•
Lower rear lid section correctly adjusted to fit
Unclip trim (1) on left/right.
Installation:
Catches on trim (1) must not be damaged.
Close lower rear lid section (3) and make sure it is correctly
engaged in striker (1) on left/right.
Loosen left/right screws (2).
Press on lower rear lid section (3) until mucket (4) of rear lid (3)
is slightly compressed.
Tighten down screws (2).
Tightening torque 51 24 3AZ
.
Check closing comfort, repeat procedure if necessary.
Observe gap dimensions.
Note:
No grating noises must be heard when the closed rear lid is
pressed slightly.
