Replacing rear left or right door window
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove sound insulation in rear door
•
Remove inner window cavity cover strip
•
Remove trim for rear door window guide
Open door window glass (1) down to distance (A)
A= approx. 130 mm
Important!
Danger of locking in position!
Disconnect plug connection (1) at power window motor (2).
Carefully press catch (3) with screwdriver (4) towards rear and
feed out door window glass upwards.
Installation:
Catch (3) must be correctly clipped into place.
Carry out function check on power window unit and anti-trapping
protection.
If necessary, normalize power window unit.
Remove door window glass (1) towards top.
Installation:
Door window glass does not need to be adjusted.
