Removing and installing/replacing both
tension struts on spring strut domes
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove equipment compartment partition walls
Release screws (1).
Remove tension strut (2).
Important!
To ensure a correct ground connection, use only BMW
genuine spare parts. Thread repairs on bulkhead mounting
bracket are not permitted.
Replace screws.
Tightening torque 51 71 2AZ
