Removing and installing/replacing assembly
compartment partition wall
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove left microfilter housing cover
•
Remove microfilter housing (upper section)
Assembly compartment partition wall, middle:
Remove seal (1) for engine hood/bonnet.
Release screws (2, 4).
Remove partition wall (3).
Installation:
Make sure partition wall is correctly positioned.
Equipment compartment partition wall, left:
Release expansion rivet (1).
Release screws (2, 4).
Left only: Unclip connecting cable (3).
Remove partition wall (5).
Installation:
Replace damaged expander rivet.
Make sure partition wall is correctly positioned.
Make sure screws are installed in correct positions.
Equipment compartment partition wall, right:
Release clip (1).
Release screws (2).
Remove partition wall (3).
Installation:
If necessary, replace faulty clip (1).
Make sure partition wall is correctly positioned.
Make sure screws are installed in correct positions.
