Seal all fuel system openings with protective caps
Picture shows N47uL
Release screw (1) on clamping jaw.
Remove clamping jaw, screw and centering washer.
Pull out injector with light turning movements.
Copper sealing ring must be replaced after clamping jaw is
released.
Installation:
Retighten clamping jaw rest (cylinder head cover mounting).
Tightening torque 13 53 5AZ
.
During assembly, make sure shim is correctly positioned in
relation to screw centering in order to align clamping jaw. Secure
clamping jaw in installation position to joining torque.
Tightening torque 13 53 1AZ
.

If injectors are stuck tight (N47uL), mount special tool 13 6 100
on pressure line connection.
Pull out injector by means of short back and forth movements.
Important!
Move injector with removal rod only by a few degrees only.
