BMW Workshop Service and Repair Manuals

Release screws and uncouple engine oil cooler (1) slightly.

Release screw (2). 

Detach oil cooler line (3) from engine oil cooler (1).

Catch and dispose of escaping oil.

Remove engine oil cooler.

Installation:

Use new sealing rings.

Note:

After completion of work, check engine oil level.
