Replacing shift and/or selector sensor
GS6S37BZ (SMG)

Note:

After completing work:

- 

Perform "Teach in transmission" service function by means

of DIS Tester

Necessary preliminary tasks:

- 

Remove SMG transmission

Important!

Shift and selector sensors can only be removed/installed
when transmission is set to "N".

Removing shift sensor:

Unfasten screws.

Tightening torque 23 41 11AZ

.

Turn shift sensor (1) approx. 90

°

 clockwise.

Installation:

Replace screws.
