Removing and installing/replacing evaporator
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove heater.
•
Remove bulkhead adapter.
Feed out cable (1).
Unclip retainers (2).
Release screw (1).
Unclip fastening clips (2).
Detach upper housing (3) in direction of arrow and lay to one
side.
Release screws (1).
Installation:
Tightening torque 64 53 9AZ
.
Remove expansion valve (2).
Installation:
Replace sealing rings.
Remove retainer (3).
Remove evaporator (4) in direction of arrow.
