Mark severance cuts to prespecified measurements a and b and cut.
Important!
At severance cut (1), cut only side frame connecting plate.
At severance cut (2), cut outer A-pillar and outer entrance.
Measurement a = approx. 120 mm.
Measurement b = approx. 215 mm above lower edge of A-pillar.
Open weld joints in area (3) and cut out components.
Installation:
Weld in reinforcing panel at severance cut (1).
No reinforcing panel is welded in at severance cut (2).
Measurement K = 307 mm serves as the reference dimension.
Also weld weld joints in areas (4).
