Removing and installing/replacing trim on left
or right rear light
Special tools required:
•
00 9 317
Important!
The Instructions on component cementing with double-sided
adhesive tape serve as the basis for this repair instruction and
must be observed without fail.
Removal:
Detach trim (1) with special tool 00 9 317 from rear light (3)
and remove in direction of arrow.
Note:
Do not damage positioning pins (2).
Installation:
Stick double-sided adhesive tape on trim (1).
Feed positioning pins (2) into associated locators on rear light
and press down trim (1) uniformly.
