Z Series E85 Z4 3.0i (N52) ROADST
Unclip cover.
Mark position (1) of screw heads.
Release screws and remove main bearing with hydraulic cylinder.
Replacement only:
Screw (1) must be replaced and is supplied with range of space
parts.
Installation:
Fit thin spacer between bracket and frame.
Return screws to original position.
Tighten down screws.
Tightening torque 54 31 12AZ
.
Feed out main bearing (1) with hydraulic cylinder (without
hydraulic unit) between tensioning straps (2) and convertible top
cover.
Release screws (1).
Remove microswitches (2).
