Firing pyrotechnical components:
•
Do not perform firing simultaneously but rather in succession
(e.g. first left then right)
•
Connect adapter lead 62 1 370 to B-pillar sensor and firing
device 62 1 270
•
Connect firing device 62 1 270 to a 12 V power source
•
Press switch on firing device to fire airbags
•
In event of no firing: refer to "Notes on scrapping BMW
vehicles" (Firing failure section)
