Removing and installing/replacing left or right
rear light
Important!
Read and comply with notes on protection against
electrostatic damage (ESD protection).
Turn fastener (1) in direction of arrow and remove trim (2).
Disconnect plug connection (1).
Note:
Secure rear light (3) against falling out.
Release nuts (2) and remove rear light (3) towards outside.
Tightening torque 63 21 1AZ
.
Installation:
Make sure sealing frame for rear light (2) is correctly seated,
replace sealing frame for rear light (2) if necessary.
Make sure guides (1) of rear light (3) are correctly seated in
associated mountings.
Make sure (outer) gap of rear light (3) is uniform all round.
