Removing and installing/replacing airbag
module for passenger's knee protection
Warning!
Read and comply with safety regulations for handling airbag
modules and pyrotechnical belt tensioners.
Incorrect handling can activate airbag and cause injury.
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove right glovebox housing
Unfasten screws (2).
Installation:
Replace screws.
Tightening torque 72 12 19AZ
.
Feed airbag module for passenger's knee protection (1) in
direction of arrow out of right glovebox housing (3) and remove.
