Replacing finisher on right instrument panel
trim
Special tools required:
•
00 9 340
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove right fresh-air grill
Version with radio:
•
Remove radio receiver
Version without radio:
•
Remove radio cutout trim
Release screws (1).
Finisher on right instrument panel trim (3) is secured in outer
front passenger area with a retaining clip (1) and if necessary
with additional shims.
Press retaining clip (1) together and remove upwards from
guide (2).
If necessary, remove shims.
Warning!
Retaining clip (1) may only be inserted from above.
Retaining clip (1) and if necessary shims must be seated
without play.
