1985-88 CENTURY WAGONS WITH AU6 REMOTE ELECTRIC TAILGATE LOCK
Some 1985-88 Century and Skyhawk wagons may experience a condition where the tailgate will not fully unlock using the remote release.
To repair this condition, a new latch assembly incorporating a heavier, stronger spring has been released. Part number 16604546 is available through
GMSPO. 1988 Century wagons built after January, 1988, will incorporate the new latch assembly.
