WARRANTY AND OWNER ASSISTANCE ON 1994 BUICK NEW CARS
For 1994, a single booklet containing warranty information relative to the new car, emission systems, tire and corrosion is used:

Owner assistance satisfaction procedures, the GM mediation/arbitration program, special policy adjustment programs, and the GM Protection Plan are
all outlined in this booklet. A separate tire warranty folder is included to outline warranty as provided by individual tire manufacturers. (Canadian Tire
Warranty included in Vehicle Warranty Folder).
The owner's name, address, Vehicle Identification Number, date of delivery and mileage at the time of delivery, are all to be typed on the inside of the
front cover of the booklet in the space provided. There is a space provided on the back of the folder for the dealer name, address and dealer code.
Owners should be instructed to carry their Warranty and Owner Assistance Information booklets in their vehicles at all times. Complete and accurate
owner and vehicle information will assist dealer personnel should the vehicle require future repairs that are covered under warranty.
