Slide a 6 inch piece of the flexible conduit on to the A/C pipe just in front of the valve, as shown in Figure 1 and 3, with the slit positioned on the
bottom of the pipe.
2.
Secure the conduit in place with the plastic retainer (chicken band) as shown in Figure 3.
The following breakpoints are vehicles that were addressed for A/C pipe rub through condition in the assembly plants.
