Some 1986 Rivieras with option VK3, front license plate mounting, were shipped without part #25519779 adaptor which is necessary to attach the front
license plate bracket to the front bumper impact bar. Parts for affected vehicles will be shipped directly to the dealers involved.
NOTE:
FOUR SCREWS, PART #11509371, ARE NEEDED TO INSTALL THE BRACKET TO THE ADAPTOR AND THE ADAPTOR TO THE
BUMPER IMPACT BAR.
