Century V6-3.1L VIN J (2005)
5. Install two 13 mm body side hinge bolts.
Tighten the body side hinge bolts to 33 Nm (24 lb ft).
6. Install the TORX(R) head (1) body side hinge bolt.
Tighten the TORX(R) head bolt to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
7. Install the intermediate door hinge bolts.
Tighten the intermediate door hinge bolts to 33 Nm (24 lb ft).
8. Install the front fender insulator. Refer toFender Sound Insulator Replacement - Front (See: Fender/Front Fender/Service and Repair/Fender
Sound Insulator Replacement - Front) in Body Front End.
9. Remove the door support.
10. Adjust the door. Refer toDoor Adjustment - Front (See: Adjustments) .
11. Close the door.
