15. Remove the engine front cover bolts (1,2,3).
16. Remove the engine front cover.
17. Remove the engine front cover gasket.
18. Clean the engine front cover and engine block gasket mating surfaces.
19. Inspect the engine front cover for damage to the engine front cover, crankshaft front oil seal or the gasket mating surface.
20. If replacing the engine front cover, remove the crankshaft position sensor from the engine front cover.
21. If replacing the engine front cover, remove the water pump from the engine front cover.
