MODELS AFFECTED: 1984 CENTURYS AND REGALS
The washer system response time on permanent magnet motor type wipers used on 1984 Centurys and Regals may be reduced by installing a check
valve, part no. 25504746 in the fluid pick-up hose. To install the check valve cut the pick-up hose off 2" from the washer pump and insert the valve. Be
sure to observe the direction of flow through the valve. The valve will prevent fluid drain back and reduce the washer response time.
