The door weatherstrip should be sealed to the door assembly as indicated by the arrows in Figure 5. The weatherstrip should also be sealed to an area
below the lock opening using 3M #08011 weatherstrip adhesive (or equivalent) as shown in Figure 5, View A.

Rear Door Weatherstrips - Sedan Styles

Make sure that the weatherstrip on the rear door is properly installed and cemented to the door. Check weatherstrip contact to body surfaces to insure a
good seal.
