W/Air Conditioning
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable and drain radiator.
2.
Disconnect heater hoses from module.
3.
Remove diagnostic connector and thermostatic switch from module.
4.
Remove weather seal from top of module cover, then the cowl screen and windshield washer nozzle.
5.
Remove module cover attaching screws.
6.
Remove heater core retaining clip and the heater core from vehicle, Fig. 16.
7.
Reverse procedure to install.
