1. Install the engine front cover. See: Service and Repair/Overhaul/Repair Instructions/126. Engine Front Cover Installation
2. Install the generator. See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service and Repair
3. Install the camshaft position actuator solenoid valves to the front cover. See: Variable Valve Timing/Variable Valve Timing Solenoid/Service and
Repair
4. Install the camshaft position sensors. See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Camshaft Position Sensor/Service and Repair
5. Install the crankshaft balancer. See: Cylinder Block Assembly/Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley/Service and Repair
6. Install the power steering pump. See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Power Steering/Power Steering Pump/Service and Repair
7. Install the water pump pulley. See: Water Pump/Service and Repair
8. Install the water outlet housing assembly.
9. Install the drive belt tensioner. See: Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt Tensioner/Service and Repair
10. Install the camshaft covers. See: Cylinder Head Assembly/Valve Cover/Service and Repair
11. Install the lower intake manifold. See: Intake Manifold/Service and Repair
12. Install the frame with the engine and transmission to the body.
13. Follow steps 15--53 in Engine Replacement-Installation. See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine Replacement
