Enclave AWD V6-3.6L (2009)
6. Remove the suction hose/pipe nut (1) from TXV tube.
7. Disconnect the suction hose/pipe from the TXV tube (2).
8. Remove the suction hose/pipe.
9. Remove and discard the suction hose/pipe O-rings.
Installation Procedure
1. Install new O-rings to the suction hose/pipe. Refer to O-Ring Replacement (See: Coupler HVAC/A/C Coupler O-ring/Service and Repair/O-Ring
Replacement).
2. Connect the suction hose/pipe to the TXV tube.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
3. Install the suction hose/pipe to TXV nut (1).
Tighten the bolt to 9 Nm (80 lb in).
