Camshaft Position Sensor Replacement - Bank 2 (Left Side) Intake

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the engine mount strut bracket. Refer to Engine Mount Strut Bracket Replacement - Right Side   (See: Engine, Cooling and

Exhaust/Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Engine Mount/Service and Repair).

2. Remove the radiator inlet hose from the water outlet. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement   (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling

System/Radiator Hose/Service and Repair).

3. Remove the power steering fluid reservoir bracket bolts (1).
4. Remove and reposition the power steering fluid reservoir bracket (2) out of the way.

5. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (8) from the bank 2 intake camshaft position (CMP) sensor (7).
