Ignition Coil: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector(s) (1) from the ignition coil(s) (4).
2. Remove the fuel injection sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel
Injector/Service and Repair/Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement)
3. Remove the ignition coil bolt(s).
4. Remove the ignition coil(s).
