Subject: 2nd and/or 3rd Row Seat Floor Mat Will Not Lay Flat (Adjust Floor Mat Retainer(s))

This bulletin is being revised to add the 2010 model year and the Chevrolet Traverse. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 07-08-110-001A
(Section 08 - Body and Accessories).
Condition
Some customers may comment that the 2nd and/or 3rd row seat floor mat will not lay flat.
Cause
The cause of this condition may be due to improper spacing of the floor mat retainer posts.
If this condition is present, the post spacing will likely appear as shown above when the center post is attached and the outboard retainers are laid over
their corresponding posts.
Correction
Adjust the floor mat retainer(s) using the following procedure.
1. Gently pry apart the appropriate retainer from the underside of the mat.
