Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement 

Removal Procedure

Notice: Refer to Paint Damage Notice.

1. Apply masking tape to the door and applique.
2. Lower the window to the full down position.
3. Remove the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Power Mirror Replacement (See: Mirrors/Service and Repair/Power Mirror Replacement). 
4. Remove the outer belt sealing strip screw (2) located at the rear of the door. 

5. Release the front outer belt sealing strip retaining clip, by inserting a suitable flat-bladed tool to the front edge and lift upward.
6. Remove the outer belt sealing strip from the door.
