Installation Procedure
Note: Inspect the intake CMP sensor for damage, replace as necessary.
1. Lubricate the intake CMP sensor O-ring seal with clean engine oil.
2. Install the intake CMP sensor.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
3. Install the intake CMP sensor bolt.
Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
4. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the intake CMP sensor.
5. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake
