Air Door Cable: Adjustments

Temperature Control Cable

1. Lower glove compartment to gain access to the control cable turnbuckle.

2. With control at full cold position, adjust turnbuckle until temperature valve just comes to a stop on the left.

3. Move control to full hot position and feel if valve is held against right side.

4. If not, adjust turnbuckle until valve just stops against right side.

5. Recheck cold side to assure valve is tight against stop on left. If not, repeat Steps 1 thru 4.
