2. Evaporator cover and screws.
3. Module into vehicle.
NOTE: With strip-caulk, thoroughly seal the seam where the barrier had been cut.
4. Upper evaporator and blower module bolts (7).
5. Hoist vehicle.
6. Lower evaporator and blower module bolts (3).
7. Lower vehicle.
8. Evaporator and blower module bolts (behind carpet) under Instrument Panel (I/P)
9. Floor air outlet duct.
10. Right sound insulator.
11. Evaporator outlet line and support bracket using new O-ring seals.
12. Blower motor resistor.
13. Heater hoses to heater core.
14. Exhaust manifold heat shield.
15. Blower motor including electrical connection and cooling tube.
16. Vacuum tank.
17. Coil bracket assembly.
18. Power steering pump.
19. Evaporator tube (condenser to evaporator) using new O-ring seals.
20. Accumulator and bracket using new O-ring seals.
21. Evaporator outlet line to accumulator.
NOTE: Remove sealing caps just prior to connecting refrigerant lines.
22. Electrical connector to pressure cycling switch.
23. Accumulator to condenser hose.
24. Four electrical connections and relay bracket assembly.
25. Engine compartment rear sight shield. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair.
26. Negative battery cable.
27. Fill cooling system.
28. Evacuate, charge, and leak test A/C system.
