Air Door Cable: Adjustments
W/Manual A/C
EXC. CAMARO, CORVETTE, ELECTRA, FIERO, FIREBIRD, LESABRE, REATTA, RIVIERA & 98
1.
Disengage temperature cable retaining clip from bellcrank post.
2.
Snap temperature door operating rod into retaining clip so that 2/5 inch of rod is exposed beyond outer edge of retainer.
3.
Re-engage temperature cable retaining clip to bellcrank post.
4.
Move temperature lever through full length of travel. Temperature door should be heard seating at the open and closed positions.
