Removal Procedure
Important: In case of power loss the brake transmission shift interlock (BTSI) switch must be manually released in order to remove the
console trim plate. If no power loss proceed to step 4.
1. lift up the console trim plate.
Important: Wear gloves to protect hands from sharp edges
2. Remove the BTSI pin cover (1).
