Install the five new green retainers with inserts around the bottom and rearward positions of the door trim panel referring to the graphics above for exact
location. With the exception of the Buick rear door trim panel, you will need six retainers with inserts.

Tip

Use a small pick-type tool along with a door trim remover-type tool to add in removing the old inserts from the inner door frame. Remove the old door
frame inserts where the new retainers and inserts will be positioned.

Reinstall the door trim panel to the door frame.
