Manual Shift Position Switch Replacement- Steering Wheel

Removal Procedure

1. Caution: Disable the SIR System. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone.

2. Remove the retaining screws (1) from the steering wheel radio controls.
3. Remove the steering wheel radio controls (2).
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the radio control switches.

5. Remove the screws from the automatic transmission shift auxiliary position switches (1).
6. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
7. Remove the automatic transmission shift auxiliary position switches (2).
