1. Replace the O-ring if damaged, lubricate the NEW O-ring with clean engine oil.
2. Install the CMP sensor.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

3. Install the CMP sensor bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

4. Connect the CMP sensor electrical connector.
5. Install the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement (LZ9/LGD)   (See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Power
