Secondary Air Injection Pump Outlet Pipe/Hose Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Spoilers, Flaps, and Air Dams/Air Dam/Service and
Repair/Front Air Deflector Replacement).
2. Disconnect the secondary air injection (AIR) pump outlet hose quick connect fitting from the AIR pump. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect
Fitting Service (See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Line Coupler/Service and Repair/Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service).
3. Open and slide down the pinch clamp attaching the AIR hose to the AIR pipe.
4. Separate the AIR hose from the AIR pipe.
