Removal Procedure
1. If servicing the secondary air injection (AIR) hose/pipe quick connect fitting perform the following step. If servicing the fuel and/or evaporative
emission (EVAP) quick connect fittings proceed to step 3.
2. Squeeze where indicated by the arrows on both sides of the plastic ring surrounding the quick connect fitting.
Caution: Refer to Gasoline/Gasoline Vapors Caution (See: Fuel/Service Precautions).
Important: There are several types of plastic collar fuel and EVAP quick connect fittings that may be used on this vehicle.
