5. Install the hex jam nut (2) to the inner tie rod assembly.
6. Install the outer tie rod. Refer to Rack and Pinion Outer Tie Rod End Replacement (See: Tie Rod End/Service and Repair).
7. Install the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (See: Wheels and Tires/Service and Repair).
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Adjust the toe alignment. Refer to Front Toe Adjustment (See: Alignment/Service and Repair/Front Toe Adjustment).
