The "L" bracket is located just behind the reflector in the end of the door (see illustration). If this bracket is loose, it will make a buzz type noise.
Remove the reflector and assure the bracket attaching screws are tight and not stripped. Insert a piece of plastic tape between the bracket and the
door inner panel to eliminate the metal to metal contact.

WATER DEFLECTOR
The water deflector must be properly installed to prevent both water leaks and noise. The deflector must be completely attached to the inner door
panel. The deflector must be totally smooth and in the proper location. Assure the deflector has not bridged across the recess in the door inner
panel (see illustration). Bridging can be found by pushing in on the deflector in areas where adhesive can be seen on the inner door panel, but the
deflector is not stuck down. As the deflector is pushed in it sticks for a moment then releases again. This stick and release action can occur very
rapidly with vehicle motion and make a buzz noise which appears to be coming from the door trim panel. To correct this condition, remove the
water deflector. Remove the adhesive from the door inner panel. Apply a piece of tape to the edge of the adhesive on the water deflector in the
