Apply thread lock compound GM P/N 145493 (or equivalent) to bolt threads before assembly.

Tighten bolts to 15 Nm (11 lbs. ft.).
3. Bypass hose.
4. Heater pipes.
5. Generator bracket
6. Loosen generator and move to obtain clearance.
7. Power steering pump support bracket.

Tighten bolt to 50 Nm (37 lbs. ft.).
Throttle Cable Bracket To Throttle Body
8. Cable bracket to cylinder head mounting bolt.
9. Exhaust crossover heat shield.
10. Fuel rail.
