Disconnect the fuel injector electrical connectors.

Disconnect the vacuum line to the pressure regulator.
5.
Remove the four bolts securing the fuel rail assembly to the intake manifold.
6.
Remove the fuel rail from the intake manifold. Cover all openings to avoid contamination.
INSTALLATION:
1.
Lightly coat the injector O-rings with clean engine oil.
2.
Install the fuel rail on the intake manifold. Seat the injectors into the manifold by hand.
3.
Install the four bolts securing the fuel rail to the intake manifold, and tighten to 10-20 Nm (7-14 ft lb).
4.
Connect the fuel supply and return lines to the fuel rail.
5.
Connect the injector electrical connectors.
6.
Connect the vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator.
7.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position for two seconds, then turn the ignition switch OFF for ten seconds. Again, turn the ignition switch ON
and check for fuel leaks.
