Follow steps in Service Manual for "Solenoid Replacement with Steering Column Installed in Vehicle" pages 3F5A-20 to 22. Be sure to disable
and enable the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system.
5.
Reinstall left hand sound insulator.
6.
Install Campaign Identification Label and close hood.
