Rear Door Striker: Service and Repair
Striker Anchor Plate Replacement - Rear Door
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the door striker. Refer to Striker Replacement - Door (See: Front Door/Front Door Striker/Service and Repair/Door Striker Replacement)
.
2. Remove the rear seat back. Refer to Seat Back Replacement - Rear (See: Seats/Seat Back/Service and Repair/Seat Back Replacement - Rear) in
Seats.
3. Remove the anchor plate (1) from the rear pillar chute.
Installation Procedure
1. Load the anchor plate (1) into the rear pillar chute.
2. Install the door striker. Refer to Striker Replacement - Door (See: Front Door/Front Door Striker/Service and Repair/Door Striker Replacement) .
3. Install the seat back. Refer to Seat Back Replacement - Rear (See: Seats/Seat Back/Service and Repair/Seat Back Replacement - Rear) in Seats.
4. Adjust the lock striker. Refer to Lock Striker Adjustment - Door (See: Adjustments) .
