Weatherstrip Replacement - Rear Door Window

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door  See: Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair
2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door  (See: Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair) .
3. Remove the garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Rear Door Frame  (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and

Repair) .

4. Remove the inner belt molding. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Inner  (See: Rear Door Window Glass/Rear Door

Window Glass Weatherstrip/Service and Repair) .

5. Remove the outer belt molding. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Outer  (See: Rear Door Window Glass/Rear Door

Window Glass Weatherstrip/Service and Repair/Door Window Sealing Strip/Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement) .

6. Remove the window. Refer to Window Replacement - Rear Door  (See: Rear Door Window Glass/Service and Repair) .
7. Carefully peel the window weatherstrip (1) out of the door frame.

Installation Procedure

1. Starting at the front upper corner of the window opening, install the run channel (1) to the door frame.
2. Install the window. Refer to Window Replacement - Rear Door  (See: Rear Door Window Glass/Service and Repair) .
3. Install the outer belt molding. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Outer  (See: Rear Door Window Glass/Rear Door

Window Glass Weatherstrip/Service and Repair/Door Window Sealing Strip/Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement) .

4. Install the inner belt molding. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Inner  (See: Rear Door Window Glass/Rear Door

5. Install the garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Rear Door Frame  (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and

Repair) .

6. Install the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door  (See: Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair) .
7. Install the trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door  See: Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair
