Removal Procedure
1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Front Door

2. Remove the door module. Refer to Door Control Module Replacement - Front See: Locks/Door Locks/Door Module/Service and Repair
3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Front Door

4. Remove the window inner belt seal. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Inner (See: Front Door Window Glass

5. Remove the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Mirror Replacement - Power (See: Mirrors/Service and Repair/Mirror Replacement - Power Mirror)

6. Remove the window outer belt seal. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Outer (See: Front Door Window Glass

7. Remove the window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door (See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Front Door Window
Glass/Service and Repair) .
8. Remove the window weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Front Door Window (See: Front Door Window Glass
Weatherstrip/Service and Repair/Door Window Weatherstrip) .
9. Remove the auxiliary weatherstrip fasteners (1-7).
10. Carefully peel the auxiliary weatherstrip away from the door header.
Installation Procedure
1. Align the rear hole (1) in the weatherstrip to the plastic nut in the door header.
2. Seat the top of the seal lip over the flange.
3. Starting at the rear, roll the weatherstrip over the flange on the door header while holding the weatherstrip lip in order to prevent tucking under
against the door.
4. Install the rear fastener (1).
