10. Remove the condenser to radiator mounting screws.
11. Remove the upper radiator mounting bracket retaining bolts and brackets.
12. Remove the radiator from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the radiator to the vehicle.
2. Install the upper radiator mounting brackets.
3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Install the upper radiator mounting brackets retaining bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
4. Notice: The bolt retaining the condenser to the radiator end tank is a special length and should be the ONLY bolt used upon reinstallation. The
use of a longer bolt will damage the radiator end tank.
Install the condenser mounting bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 13 Nm (10 ft. lbs.).
