Instrument Panel Module Replacement (RHD)
INSTRUMENT PANEL MODULE REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Open and lower the instrument panel compartment by carefully releasing the rear holding tabs.
3. Pull down in order to remove the instrument panel module (IPM) (1).
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the IPM.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
IMPORTANT: After the IPM is replaced, recalibrate the actuators for proper travel. Turn ON the ignition for 3 minutes to recalibrate the IPM and
the actuators for proper travel.
1. Connect the electrical connectors to the IPM.
2. Install the IPM (1) into the retainer on the bracket (2).
3. Close the instrument panel compartment.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
